One address answers everything — billing, bugs, data questions and feature requests. We usually reply the same day, and always within 24 hours.
Where to send what.
- Something is broken
- Email [email protected] with your device, browser and OS, the steps that reproduce it, any error text, and a screenshot if you have one. That is usually the difference between a fix today and a fix next week.
- Billing and subscriptions
- Plan changes, invoices, refunds and cancellations all start in the subscription tab of your settings — and if the answer is not there, [email protected] has it.
- A number looks wrong
- Tell us the symbol, the screen and the time. Market data questions get checked against the tape rather than answered from memory.
- You want something we do not have
- Feature requests go to the same address and are read by the people who build it. Several of the things on this site started as one.
- API, MCP and webhooks
- The reference lives at docs.optionomics.ai, and the developer console in your account shows every request, tool call and delivery attempt with its response.

How do I get started?
Create an account, pick a plan, and the live tape is on your screen. Fifteen years of history are available from the first minute — there is no warm-up period and no data backfill to wait for.
Which plans are there?
Four: Delta at $39 a month for the analytics and the history, Gamma at $59 for the live tape and alerts, Theta at $79 for trade ideas, commentary and signals, and Vega at $99 for the API, the MCP server and backtesting. Each contains the one before it.
How do I set up an alert?
Open Alerts, create one, and choose the stream to watch and the conditions that matter — symbols, premium floors, scores. Then pick the channels. Matches always reach the in-app bell; the channels are what happens in addition.
How do notifications reach me?
In the app and on the web as they happen, and by push on the iOS and Android apps. Email, SMS, Slack, Discord and your own webhook are all available per alert, and every delivery attempt is logged with the response it got.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your profile and settings are held for 60 days in case you come back.
Where does the data come from?
Market data comes from established providers; disclosures come from SEC Form 4 and the House, Senate and OGE filings. What we sell on top of it is our own: the scoring, the ideas, the commentary and the alerts.
