Gamma plan includes up to 50 custom alerts, which is more than enough for most traders. Theta and Vega plans offer the same 50 alerts with additional features like AI insights and API access. You can create alerts for any combination of criteria including symbol, premium size, option type, expiration, Greeks, and AI-Based Unusual Activity types.

We support multiple notification channels: Email (all plans), SMS (Gamma+ plans), and Webhooks for custom integrations. You can configure different notification channels for different alerts. For example, send high-priority whale trades via SMS while receiving volume alerts via email. Webhooks allow you to integrate with Slack, Discord, Telegram, or your own systems.

Alerts match in real-time as trades flow through our system, typically under 100 milliseconds from trade execution to alert trigger. Notifications are sent immediately via your chosen channels. For time-sensitive trading, we recommend webhook notifications which have the lowest latency, followed by SMS, then email.

Yes! You can use our historical data (available with all plans) to see how your alert criteria would have performed in the past. This helps you validate your alert logic and avoid false positives before activating them. You can test against specific dates, market conditions, or entire time ranges to fine-tune your criteria.

Cooldown periods prevent alert spam by setting a minimum time between notifications for the same alert. You can configure cooldowns from 5 minutes to 24 hours per alert. For example, if you set a 30-minute cooldown on a "TSLA whale trades" alert, you'll only receive one notification every 30 minutes even if multiple matching trades occur. This keeps your notifications actionable without overwhelming you.

Yes! We provide a curated library of alert templates for common trading strategies including whale trades, aggressive order flow, volume spikes, earnings plays, and more. You can copy any template with one click and customize it to your preferences.
